Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly request that you notify us of any changes or cancellations to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following policy regarding no-shows:

  • To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
  • We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

-We kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the appointment may be forfeited.
